What skincare products to use in the winter?

It takes approx. 1 minutes to read this article
Winter cosmetics should take double care of your skin – they should be highly nourishing, repairing and protecting the epidermis against moisture loss. Which cosmetics should be used in winter?

In winter, the weakened skin structure requires ingredients that strengthen its protective barrier and inhibit water loss. Creams and body lotions should strengthen the hydrolipid coat, which, as we know, is very weakened in winter. That is why the formulas of lotions should contain lipids and oils. It is great if among the ingredients there are also ceramides, which are natural building blocks of the skin structure, as well as glycerine, shea butter or intensely moisturizing hyaluronic acid.

Dry skin requires much more intensive moisturizing in winter because it is more susceptible to dryness. Use a moisturizing lotion every day to protect it from the unpleasant effects of dryness.
